The SA3ATI Promise
Warranty & Defect Policy
Every SA3ATI timepiece is hand-verified before it leaves our atelier and backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Broken or defective pieces are replaced within a 7-day window from delivery.
1-Year Coverage
Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 12 months from the delivery date, under normal wear conditions.
7-Day Defect Window
Broken or defective pieces are eligible for replacement within 7 days from the day of delivery. After 7 days, defect or damage claims are not accepted.
Photo or Video Required
Every claim must include a clear photo or short video of the defect or damage. This helps our team verify and dispatch a replacement without delay.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water exposure beyond the rated resistance, unauthorised service, cosmetic damage after use, and claims filed after the 7-day window.

Inspect on delivery
Unbox with care and inspect the watch in the presence of the courier where possible.

Capture the defect
Take a clear photo — and a short video where possible — that shows the defect or damage.

Sign in to your account and submit a claim from My Account → Warranty Claims. Our team responds within 24 hours.
